Whenever practical, clients must provide SteadyPoint Ops personnel with unique, individual, delegated user accounts (rather than sharing master account credentials) to maintain audit trails. We do not own or control those systems, and the client’s platform privacy and security settings govern the information stored there.

SteadyPoint Ops does not permanently retain or store clients’ credit card numbers, bank account numbers, routing numbers, or sensitive payment credentials. Whenever administrative services require us to make payments on behalf of a client (including transactions inside client-owned platforms or external one-off authorized purchases), such financial information is utilized strictly in real-time to complete the immediate transaction.
